The project includes 10 exclusive apartments, a multifunctional terrace facing the view, basic facilities in the basement along with sufficient parking space, while following basic vastu parameters.
A prominent feature of the design is the double height space in the family lounge, which further distinguishes the façade of the building. The design also includes a sunken terrace garden, overlooking a vast view, posing as an interface between the internal private spaces and the outside.
