This Villa is to be designed among 10 Villas that are to be developed in a group housing Layout. The client is a developer who wishes to build contemporary dwellings to be sold to very rich families in the city. We have seen client liking designs which mix Landscape and greenery with Interior design. However, they are very open to innovative concepts from the designers.  Clients look for homes to be Vaastu compliant. Vaastu puts across certain guidelines that need to be considered while homes in India are designed.
